PARTICIPANTS TO BRING (IN A SINGLE BACKPACK): Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Favorite Device (tablet/phone), Sunscreen, Hat, Swimsuit, Towel. Please ensure your child knows when and how to put on their own sunscreen, they will need it!
NUTRITION GUIDANCE: Hydration is SO important please send a BIG bottle of water! Snacks will also play an important role…. We strongly suggest simple sugar/protein rich items such as trail mix, granola bars & fruits... even a snickers bar makes a fantastic snack! Items such as potato chips, crackers, candy or other empty carbs should be avoided they will negatively affect your child's experience.
